| Michael Cruickshank |
Michael is a partner in York Heritage Properties, a company that has received several heritage awards for the renovation and restoration of historically important and architecturally interesting older buildings in Toronto. The Toronto Historical Board, Heritage Toronto, the City of Toronto, BOMA, and Parkdale-High Park have all recognized the company for its contributions.
He has also been an active member and former President of Citizen’s for the Old Town, an organization dedicated to preserving, enhancing and making people aware of the built and cultural heritage of the Old Town of York, where Toronto began.
Michael is also a founder of both the St. Lawrence Market and the Liberty Village Business Improvement Areas. He is currently Treasurer of the St. Lawrence BIA. |

| Robert Eisenberg |
Robert is a partner in York Heritage Properties. Over a period of over twenty years, York Heritage has renovated, restored, and retrofitted well over 1 million square feet of historically important and architecturally interesting older buildings and has received several heritage awards for its efforts.
Before establishing York Heritage, Robert was a founding partner in Intraurban Projects. For over twenty years, Intraurban specialized in the development of medium density, infill housing in midtown and downtown Toronto. The company achieved a gratifying reputation for its attention to neighbourhood-related issues and for its many assisted housing, seniors housing, and innovative “market” housing projects.
Robert was a founding member of the St. Lawrence Market and the Liberty Village Business Improvement Areas and has been a member of the City of Toronto’s Main Street Housing Committee, the Mayor's Urban Roundtable that created the King-Parliament and King-Spadina mixed use initiatives, and several City task forces. Robert can also be credited with coining the name “Liberty Village” for the now-fashionable neighbourhood.
Bob has also been involved in a number of community and environmental initiatives, ranging from his current position as Chair of the Rescue Lake Simcoe Coalition and a director of Ontario Nature to terms as a director of other organizations including the United Way, Peace Now, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Toronto, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). |

| Vicki Rodgers |
Vicki Rodgers is the President of York Heritage Management Ltd. and has been with the company, helping to make it grow, since its inception. In addition to her roles as President and CFO, Vicki manages human resources and training, as well as initiatives in the insurance, health and safety and systems fields for York Heritage and the limited partnerships that York Heritage manages.
On behalf of York Heritage, Vicki also provides accounting and administrative help to selected real estate clients and, after hours, to charitable organizations including Eva's Initiatives. |

| Sander Cruickshank |
Sander is leasing manager for all of the buildings in the York Heritage portfolio. During his tenure at York Heritage he has also taken the lead on a number of initiatives in the Technology, Contingency Planning and Property Tax fields.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Western Ontario, Sander spent 5 years working in the financial world as a trader in fixed income securities at a leading brokerage house in Toronto. He has been with York Heritage since 1999. |

| Marc McKenzie |
Marc has been a valued member of the York Heritage team since 1998. Marc joined York Heritage after successful terms as the Sales and Marketing Manager at a central vacuum and security installation company, and an equipment and janitorial supply house.
Marc uses his skills in construction and communications to oversee property management and leasehold improvements as the senior property manager across the York Heritage portfolio. |

| Jane Siklos |
Jane joined York Heritage in 2003 and works in marketing, leasing and tenant liaison.
Jane spent a number of years working at several of Canada’s leading advertising agencies on accounts such as Imperial Oil/Esso, Four Seasons Hotels, and SC Johnson. Jane is a Past President of Yorktown Family Services, an organization that operates a women’s shelter and a children’s mental health centre in the city’s West end. She is also an active board member of the Liberty Village Business Improvement Area. |

| Peter Siemek |
Peter’s expertise in construction has been a significant factor in York Heritage’s growth and success since he joined the company in 1986.
As construction manager, Peter oversees leasehold improvements as well as large capital projects at all of the buildings in the York Heritage portfolio. |
